Who We are and What We Do: 

Established October 2021, Winfield Tire & Auto is a locally-owned and operated auto repair shop and tire store in Winfield, IA. Matt and Elizabeth Hernandez, and children, moved to Winfield in March of 2020.  Winfield was so welcoming, and proved to be the perfect town for Matt to realize a long time dream of owning and operating his own repair shop. With years of experience working in the auto repair industry, Matt is able to offer solid diagnostics, broad knowledge, and fine tuned service skills. Anything worth doing is worth doing right! 

You can expect us to pay attention to details when we are caring for your vehicle, because your safety is important to us.   The little things that used to be commonplace are still offered here at our shop.  For example,  your standard oil change will always come with a vacuum in the front, window washing, fluids, lights, turn signal, and windshield wiper check, and a top off on the tire pressure.  This is what we mean when we say “We’ll go the extra mile!”   In this Ma and Pa shop you will see the faces of folks who care in the office and the garage.  We hope you come in and experience what we have to offer, and leave feeling taken care of.  If you are in favor of supporting local businesses, where you are a person with a name and not just some number, then this shop is for you!   No matter what you need, you can count on our team to deliver the best in workmanship and customer service.  We stand behind our repairs and the satisfaction of our customers is of utmost importance to us.
